I vote for Mickey Rooney at Breakfast at Tiffany's as the worst. BTW, you missed Sean Connery in You only Live Twice, as a Japanese man.

Yes, but Connery was playing Bond pretending to be Japanese in order to spy on Blofeld's volcano headquarters. 6ft. and swarthy and oh that pesky brogue...
